Membership Certificate No. 53432

The good quality of Germès creations is a priority; each piece is individually designed and handmade by Saveria Geronimi with care and attention to detail, using quality components.All Silver jewellery is made from sterling silver - 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper.Why 92.5% silver ?Silver is a very soft metal and 100% pure silver is not suitable for jewellery because it is too soft and would easily bend and go out of shape that why silversmithing use 7.5% (allow) usually copper. Pieces of jewellery are much stronger wont go out of shape and will last much longer.HALLMARKED - ASSAY OFFICE UK law requires any sterling silver product over 7.78 grams in weight to be hallmarked by one of the four UK independent Assay Offices.A legal UK hallmark consists of three compulsory punch marks:- Sponsor's mark : unique Germès Designs mark is ' GS '- Metal and fineness (purity) mark- Assay office markGermès is registered with London Assay Office. Handmade silver jewellery over 7.78 grams in weight is sent to the Assay Office for independent testing and hallmarking as required by UK law.You can find more information about hallmarking on the London Assay Office website:www.assayofficelondon.co.ukNote that Most silver items will not be automatically hallmarked unless their weight over 7 grams , all silver items can be hallmarked on request this usually takes an extra week with an additional cost of £30 per item.How do I care for and clean my jewellery?Silver will naturally tarnish and lose its shine when exposed to the atmosphere.When not being worn silver is best kept in a jewellery box or bag to reduce exposure.If your jewellery does require cleaning I recommend you use a polishing cloth. These are readily available at most jewellers or hardware stores. The best way to prevent this is by wearing it ! Always!•Keep your jewel in its own storage box; sterling silver like other precious metals can oxidize with time.•Use a paste, liquid, polishing cloth intended for use on silver.•Or you may simply wash the jewel with warm water, rubbing in little soap or toothpaste, rinsing and dry it with a fine soft cloth.• Wipe your beads with a damp cloth after wearing them; otherwise their lustre will become dull.Never!•Use tissue paper and towels•have a bath or shower, or go swimming with your jewellery on•Do any physical activities with your jewellery on.•spray perfume or body lotions on your pieces of jewellery•Clean your jewellery with abrasives, ammoniac...)•Never store your jewellery in the bathroom.•Wear your jewellery overnight or put it under your pillow.•Store your jewellery in a same box with others jewels.•Wear your jewellery when working with household cleaner

Nothing is mass produced or made in large quantities as jewellery are handmade.You will always receive a one off bespoke piece of jewellery as no two pieces can ever be made exactly the same so please allow for slight variations .Every pieces in collections can be made in different colour, length and size just cote is reference and name and email it with your colour choice and size.You can purchase all jewellery you see on the website Most items are available in a satin or matt finish. measure in inchesChocker: 15 Necklaces lenght : 16,18 or 20Rings size: most rings are adjustable but can be made to your own sizeBracelets Lenght: 7 average , 8 for large.ORDERINGI am happy to receive your order or enquiry via : Email at infogermesboutique_gmail.com I would need your name, address, contact number + details of the jewellery item including code, metal, finish, size finger size or wrist measurements. The Designer

Born in Corsica in 1980, French with Brasilian origin, Saveria Geronimi f ound her passion for jewellery through her family. She grew up in an artistic environment: her sister is a painter, her brothers are musicians and both parents have a wealth of creativity and artistic skills.

Saveria started designing and making jewellery and accessories at the age of 15.She is a self taught Artist/Jewellery Designer and has been making jewellery for over 10 years. After developing her skills and creativity, using different materials she began to make her own beads.

She then started designing and making fashion and costume jewellery /accessories in France for theatres and musicals.She has also designed for many discerning brides.

Since moving to London in 2004, Saveria has been working as a Freelancer from her own studio. From there she continued to develop her own unique style, mastering her chosen techniques.

In 2005 she has been privileged to exhibit and sell her first collection at the famous Koshamui boutique, in Convent Garden. Her own brand "Germès " was born in 2006.

After various Jewellery Making Training Courses in London,

she specialised in Silver Jewellery.

Saveria also teaches, she has been running her jewellery classes, since 2006, at Crisis Skylight - an activity centre dedicated primarily to people who have or are still experiencing homelessness but also open to other people from all walks of life.

Inspiration

Saveria designs and produces unique handmade silver jewellery from her London studio. Her works is based on creativity Inspired by an enchanted world, and dreams.

Her mains inspirations are from observing people, sexy vintage inspired fashion, nature, photography, Her work is also influenced by things that affect her life, architecture and the Arts.

" I have always lived in a fantasy world and create story in my mind ...the real world and interaction we live in have always seems so boring and empty to me.

I draw inspiration when I travel most of the time or when listening music, I guess this is where my imagination comes alive and shape each piece.

Organic forms and texture in the nature have also a huge impact in my design.

I am passionate about what I do and I enjoy each aspect of my work .Each design evokes a different feelings, that why every collection tells a unique history."

the workshop

The Workshop

My workshop/studio is based in London ,

I work in precious metals 925 Sterling Silver.

My work is individually handmade employing traditional silversmithing techniques such as ; Annealing, Engraving, Planishing, Polishing, Soldering, Raising, and drilling.

Also I use a traditional hand engraving that can includes your names or a special date, i can also write a saying, a phrase from a poem or song, what ever expresses your feelings is possible!

Some of my pieces are hammered and polished, to a shinny or matt finish, I also uses gemstones, Swarovski crystal, fresh water pearls, resin, wood, and leather.

Each collection is modern, elegant, and feminine with a romantic twist?

My collections are always limited editions and designs are either "one-off" which are sold as exclusive pieces in France and UK.

Commissions are undertaken for boutiques and individual clients.

How long will my commission take to create?

Please note that all creations are made by hand so commissions can take between 3 to 10 weeks to complete.

This will depend on the design, the time involved in creating sketches, designing, making the piece and hallmarking .

So please get in touch as soon as possible.If there is a specific date you require your order to be delivered, please contact me with exact date and I will ldo my best to achieve your request on time.

How much will it cost?

If you define a budget I can design within this amount in mind it will determine the design and the

materials I can work with.I can also create several designs which may vary in price.

Once the design has been agreed a deposit of 30% of the total cost is required to proceed. The balance is required prior to dispatch or on collection.

Customised Jewellery

All my jewellery is made by hand using 925 Sterling silver, Gemstones, Crystal, fresh water pearls and quality component, however my existing designs can be customised to your own requirements or be commissioned in a specific materials, stone colors and sizes.

I Create, every day pieces of jewellery, as well as special occasion pieces (weddings party, cocktails, birhday, Christmas)
